LocalBitcoinCash the new Exchange for BCH

A new platform for the exchange of Bitcoin Cash, called LocalBitcoinCash.org (LBC), has recently been launched, an ecosystem that, curiously, comes after cryptocurrencies supporters scoff at the screenshots that appeared two weeks ago. It should be noted that the development of the portal is still in its early stages and that the team plans to improve it over time; in addition, as stipulated by the creator of the site, the team attempted to ask LocalBitcoins officials to assist in the creation of the code, but never received a reply.

According to the announcement:

“The goal of LocalBitcoinCash.org is to keep transactions free, including deposits and wire transfers, to encourage more people to use Bitcoin Cash. However, currently the expenses come from the savings of its founder, so to guarantee the sustenance of the web we will charge optional fees. We will be happy as long as we can pay the bills and we will do everything in our power to make Bitcoin Cash a well-known digital asset. “

It is important to note that deposits and withdrawals are free, with the exception of the transaction fee; despite this, the architect of the site claims that Bitcoin Cash fees are usually less than a penny, depending, of course, on the size of the transaction. Currently, the portal offers bank transfers and local meetings for the exchange of BCH, and most people with operations listed on the platform are choosing the second option.

The creator of the site, in addition to emphasizing that the platform is still in beta, warns:

“Please do not deposit anything if you are not comfortable … use the Meetup option to trade with other people outside the web.”

To receive support, LocalBitcoinCash has a contact email, a phone number and a Reddit forum, called /r/localbitcoincash, where they will assist with remarkable regularity.

But the thing does not end there, because the site also provides very detailed instructions to exchange BCH and conduct the trade outside their domains, in addition to having a price index that covers the best cryptocurrencies, which is why users do not need to go to another portal to track costs; in one month the line corresponding to the merchant’s reputation will be added. According to the webmaster:

It has been a stiff crossing for the followers to Bitcoin Cash, since from his birth the price has oscillated between $ 200 and $ 100. As a founder, I would like to let you know that we have very ambitious plans for BCH in the next 12 months.
